Tamesha Nickles, LPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides therapy to adults across Texas through both in-person and virtual sessions.
Tamesha enjoys working with individuals who are navigating life’s changes and challenges, such as divorce, starting or leaving college, grief, anxiety, depression, and unresolved trauma. She understands how overwhelming these experiences can feel and believes no one should have to face them alone. Her work is grounded in evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, DBT, and Brainspotting, which she thoughtfully integrates based on each client’s needs and goals.
Therapy with Tamesha is personal, collaborative, and centered on creating a space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. She offers a caring yet honest approach that helps clients feel safe to explore their emotions, life experiences, and past wounds at their own pace. Her goal is to walk alongside clients as they develop insight, healing, and the tools needed to move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
Tamesha earned her Master of Science in Mental Health from Texas A&M University–Commerce and brings a well-rounded clinical background that includes private practice, school counseling, individual and couples therapy, and faith-based counseling.
