Tamika Stanton is a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) with a passion for supporting the emotional and mental well-being of adolescents and adults. She holds both a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) and a Master of Social Work (MSW), demonstrating a strong academic foundation and commitment to the values of the social work profession.

With professional experience in crisis intervention, Tamika has worked with individuals navigating some of life’s most challenging moments, including those dealing with suicidal ideation, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Her background includes providing immediate support in high-pressure situations, developing safety plans, and empowering clients to regain control of their lives through strengths-based and person-centered approaches.

Tamika creates a safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive environment where clients can feel heard, valued, and understood. Her therapeutic style integrates empathy, active listening, and practical coping strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
