Trevor works with adults and couples who feel caught in recurring patterns that they can’t quite name but deeply feel. Many of his clients are navigating questions about identity, struggling with self-doubt, or dealing with cycles of overthinking that leave them feeling stuck or disconnected. Others come in noticing familiar relationship dynamics—pulling away, shutting down, or repeating emotional loops that impact closeness and communication. Couples often seek his support when they feel unheard, misunderstood, or unable to break out of habitual conflicts.
Trevor’s approach to therapy is warm, steady, and reflective. He helps clients pay attention to the emotions, reactions, and themes that show up in their day-to-day lives and in the therapy room. Rather than focusing on quick techniques, he offers a thoughtful pace where clients can explore the deeper roots of their patterns, understand their emotional world with more clarity, and develop a stronger sense of who they are. With couples, Trevor supports each partner in understanding not only what they’re reacting to but why—creating space for vulnerability, empathy, and more grounded connection.
Trevor’s background includes training in psychodynamic and relational therapy, with a focus on how early experiences and internal conflicts shape current relationships and identity. He has experience working in private practice and university clinic settings, supporting adults and couples through periods of transition, uncertainty, and emotional overwhelm. His work is informed by a belief that greater self-understanding leads to meaningful, lasting change.
Trevor provides Telehealth sessions for clients throughout New York. He offers individual and couples therapy with a fee range of $100–$150 per session. His practice is well suited for those seeking a deeper, longer-term therapeutic process aimed at clarity, emotional insight, and more authentic connection with oneself and others.
