Message to clients

My name is Vanessa, I am a Caribbean born, and native New Yorker. I settled in South Florida with a passion to build families and strengthen individual connections. As a middle child, I grew up feeling unseen and unheard in a dysfunctional family dynamic, which led me to search for love and validation. As I grew into adulthood, I found healing and acceptance through conversations with close friends and professionals. It was during these times that really helped me and led me to where I am now. For the past decade, I have utilized an eclectic therapeutic style that integrates various research-based modalities tailored to each client’s needs in dealing with trauma, relationships, communication, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trust, assertiveness, and family dynamic. While embracing a holistic approach, I view life as an interconnected puzzle where relationships can be mended and knowing that time is not finite. I create a personalized and enriching experience for each client through solution focused therapy, CBT, Client Centered therapy, DBT, Talk therapy. and Existential therapy. Outside of work, I cherish my family, I enjoy the beach, long walks, global traveling, and making memories. I am here to listen and work through life’s stressors with you!
