Hello and welcome. I’m Vicky Fleurial, a licensed Mental Health Counselor, and I’m so glad you’re here. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore what’s going on in your life at your own pace.

I believe that therapy is not one-size-fits-all—it’s a deeply personal experience that should reflect your unique needs, goals, and readiness. This is your space and your time, and you’re encouraged to use it in whatever way feels most helpful to you. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, my hope is that you feel truly heard, understood, and supported.

With over 15 years of experience in the mental health and social services field, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families through times of crisis. My work has included diverse populations, including individuals involved in the criminal justice system and those navigating complex custody matters.

In our work together, my role is to gently guide, support and help you explore patterns, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and gain deeper insight into your experiences. Through thoughtful reflection and collaboration, we’ll work toward shifting perspectives in ways that can lead to meaningful, lasting change.
