Professional statement

Hi, I’m Victoria, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado and Florida. I work with adults and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or feeling “stuck” in patterns that hold them back.

I combine Solutions-Focused Therapy with psychodynamic insight and a person-centered approach. This means we’ll explore how your past shapes your present while focusing on practical, achievable steps that help you heal, grow, and move forward. My goal is to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you feel truly heard and supported.

My approach balances insight and action. Using solutions-focused strategies, we’ll identify patterns, clarify your goals, and build concrete steps toward change. With a psychodynamic lens, we explore the roots of your challenges, and with a person-centered philosophy, you are always met with empathy, respect, and understanding.

Message to clients
