With over three decades of experience as a board-certified clinical psychologist, Dr. Siegel is dedicated to improving his clients’ lives through a range of psychological treatments, all grounded in scientific research and delivered within a supportive, caring, and person-centered relationship.
Dr. Siegel's practice is anchored in the belief that my clients are more than just their symptoms or diagnoses. He collaborates closely with them to thoroughly understand their unique struggles and customize a treatment approach that utilizes proven methods to address their specific needs. His objective is to apply his years of knowledge and expertise to every individual I assist.
Dr. Siegel has extensive experience working with adults from a diverse array of ethnic, racial, gender, sexual, and religious backgrounds. Additionally, he had developed specialized skills to tackle the unique challenges faced by those in healthcare professions.
The majority of Dr. Siegel's 34+ caree was spent at the Minneapolis VA, where he provided comprehensive, evidence-based psychological assessment and intervention for a range of mental health difficulties, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, substance use, sleep, chronic pain, personality disorders, and psychosis. In addition to his clinical work, he served as the overall Director of Training for the APA-accredited doctoral internship and postdoctoral residency training programs. In his tenure in this role, he provided clinical supervision and mentorship to over 300 psychology interns and postdoctoral residents.
