Welcome to Shifted Psychotherapeutic Services, LLC. My name is Widline. I am seeking to partner with people who are open to entering into their season of transformation. Shifting towards greater awareness. The intent is for you to be able to leave in a better state than when initially entered. Through the art of mental health training and the grace from God I will meet you where you are and take you to where you desire to be. As a mental health clinician, I am familiar with transformation in the lives of patients, but transformation occurred in me first! God has removed depression, anxiety, trauma, fear, mental limitations, etc.
As a mental health professional and follower of Jesus I believe one can believe in science and faith. I embrace the narrative of Jesus & Therapy working in sync. As a Christian, I draw on the Holy Spirit to serve as my fuel. And as for sessions, my training permits me the chance to support you in your journey.
My specialty is working with children surviving sexual violation or allegiantly having sexually violated others, but I offer more. i.e. addressing communication, trauma, interpersonal skills, stress, anxiety, grief, unhealthy coping, loneliness, etc. My preferred modality is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (evidence-based). You're here for change let's shift!
