Professional statement

I work with adults who are experiencing a range of difficulties including family and relationship challenges, anxiety, career stress, life transitions, grief, and depression. I utilize the depth of psychodynamic therapy and integrate other approaches such as CBT and mindfulness, based on the client's needs. I strive to build a trusting relationship where individuals and couples can speak openly, develop awareness of patterns, and find new ways of navigating challenges. I provide sessions virtually and in-person, based on availability.

I completed my training in mental health counseling at CUNY Baruch, Weissman School of Arts and Sciences and a post-graduate psychotherapy program at the Psychoanalytic Association of NY, Institute affiliated with NYU.
