Hello, and welcome! No matter what brings you, I am glad you are here and I want you to know, “you’re not alone.” I believe deeply that each person’s journey matters, and I feel called both personally and professionally to walk alongside others as they navigate life’s challenges and rediscover their sense of purpose and wholeness.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a doctoral student at Walden University, with specialized training in EMDR therapy and certification as an ADHD Clinical Services Provider.
My approach to therapy is holistic and person-centered, grounded in the belief that you are the expert of your own life. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel safe to explore all parts of your story, including the ones that have been hidden or protected. My work integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while also honoring the role of self-compassion, nervous system regulation, and spiritual exploration when it aligns with your values. I have experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, sex addiction, trauma, grief, identity challenges, and life transitions.
As an immigrant, I also bring a unique sensitivity to issues of cultural adjustment, belonging, and loss. I have also spent the last year deeply immersed in helping individuals navigate the complexities of compulsive sexual behaviors and betrayal. In my practice, I have successfully guided various clients through the early stages of sobriety and long-term recovery. I bring a compassionate, non- judgmental approach to the heavy burden of shame that often accompanies these struggles. My work is informed by trauma-integrated protocols, ensuring that you receive evidence-based support even as I continue to refine my specialization through advanced clinical training.
Beyond my professional life, I am a husband and a father to a daughter and two boys. I speak English, French, and Ewe fluently. I enjoy singing, serving in my church community, spending time with my family, and relaxing with a good action show. This work is more than a career, it is a commitment to growth, empathy, and helping others reclaim their stories with courage and hope.
