Dr. Young S. Song is a licensed Counseling Psychologist dedicated to making high-quality, evidence-based mental health care accessible and effective. Dr. Song’s journey began at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where she earned her doctorate in 2013 with a focus on adult attachment and Asian American social self-efficacy. Since then, she has built a robust clinical foundation, serving as a staff psychologist at the VA Greater Los Angeles and Central Texas Healthcare systems. Throughout her career, she has been a leader in specialized treatments like Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), even serving as a national training consultant for the VA.
