Message to clients

Change is possible, and I’m here to connect with clients who are motivated and in pursuit of a life in line with their values, in spite of trauma, loss and suffering. I believe there is great value in the therapeutic relationship - knowing that you are not alone and in a space where both discomfort and growth coincide to improve your sense of purpose.

My clinical experience spans across community mental health, college / university centers, hospital, and military / veteran health settings. I have worked with a range of clients living with complex trauma, grief/loss, depression and anxiety. I also offer clinical consultation to licensed mental health professionals.

Currently providing therapy virtually.

Please feel free to reach out for a consultation call. Happy to connect and discuss your needs, while determining your best fit for therapy.
