This group supports middle school girls who experience anxiety-especially around friendships, social situations, and school pressures. The focus is on helping participants build confidence, strengthen emotional regulation skills, and navigate peer relationships with more clarity and resilience.

Welcome to New Life Counseling (formerly Carla Rich LMHC & Associates). The fact that you are here means you are experiencing some area in your life that is causing distress and you are looking for solutions; for something to give you a happier, more satisfied life. This distress may be caused by depression, anxiety, stress in your romantic and/or family relationships, or you may not know why you are feeling this way. My associates and I provide a safe space where you can feel comfortable sharing what you are currently experiencing. Together we will set your personal goals of therapy and work to achieve those goals.
New Life Counseling is a group practice of nine clinicians: Carla Greichen LMHC, Emily Carey LICSW, Sarah Reid LMHC-A, Nicole Wiggins LMHC-A, Marc E. Rodrigues Davis LCSW, Jenni Shammas LCSW, Desiree DelGrosso LMHC-A, Heather Frobig LMHC-A, and Elena Almonte LCSW.
We have one Spanish speaking clinician accepting new clients. We do not have front desk staff who speak Spanish, so please email or text and the front desk can use a translator to communicate and book the appointment.
