Carla Rich LMHC & Associates is now known as New Life Counseling. The fact that you are here means you are experiencing some area in your life that is causing distress and you are looking for solutions; for something to give you a happier, more satisfied life. This distress may be caused by depression, by anxiety, by stress in your couple and/or family relationships, or you may not know why you are feeling this way. My associates and I provide a safe space where you can feel comfortable sharing what you are currently experiencing. Together we will set your personal goals of therapy and work to achieve those goals.
New Life Counseling is a group practice of ten clinicians: Carla Greichen LMHC, Emily Carey LICSW, Emily Dugas LICSW, Julie Taylor MHC-A, Sarah Reid MHC-A, Nicole Wiggins MHC-A, Marc E. Rodrigues Davis LCSW, Jenni Shammas LCSW, Desiree DelGrosso MHC-A, and Heather Frobig MHC-A.
Owner and Supervising Clinician Carla Greichen LMHC has been working in the field of counseling for 19 years and has experience with individual/couples/family counseling, crisis management, substance use research, inpatient, and partial program hospitalization. The clinicians at New Life pull from a variety of techniques (CBT, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, and other styles) when working with clients in order to develop an individualized approach to treatment. We offer individual, couples, and family counseling to all ages and have clinicians who specialize in each area. We are open seven days a week for both in person and telehealth counseling. Please reach out by phone or email and we can discuss who at the practice would be the right fit for you! Both in person appointments and telehealth are available.
At New Life Counseling we are in-network with a number of health insurances. If you do not have one of these health insurances, our out of network fees range from $120-$140 depending on the service offered. We are happy to submit claims on your behalf directly to your insurance company.
The therapists at New Life specialize in a wide variety of areas including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, and stress. We have two clinicians trained in EMDR and we have all of the official EMDR equipment to be able to provide the treatment. We have multiple clinicians who see children as well as one clininician who will see very young children (age 2 and up).
New Life Counseling is a small business and believes clients are the most important part of what we do. We will go above and beyond to find a clinician who is the right fit for the client and believe in returning calls/texts/emails immedietly. We will be transparent about billing and insurance so that no one is surpised by an invoice.
