Each week we will create a personalised item to add to the stress survival kit to help aid in managing stress and anxiety in your daily life. Together we’ll put together a creative, personalised collection of items that help with managing stress. It will include fun and practical things that appeal to your senses, hobbies, or coping strategies that you can enjoy.
Group Therapist
Anya (she/her) is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a specialized Mater’s
education focus in Expressive Arts Therapy. Anya has experience working with children,
adolescents, and adults. She has worked with a diverse range of clients in multiple settings,
including non-profits and schools.
