Group Therapist
Hello, I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California. I earned my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University, where I developed a strong foundation in relational dynamics, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based interventions.
My work is centered on helping adults and couples navigate anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I specialize in trauma-informed DBT, supporting clients who may appear high-functioning on the outside while feeling emotionally exhausted, reactive, or stuck internally.
I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, grounded, and compassionate. My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and supported as they build insight, develop practical skills, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change.
