Live on Zoom

This is an integrative healing space designed to support and deepen the work you may already be doing in therapy, coaching, or your own personal growth and development. It offers a space to deepen that work through lived experience, practice, and connection with others who know what it is like to feel deeply, to become overwhelmed by other people’s emotions, and to navigate the intensity of what is happening in the world.

This course is facilitated by Stacey Cohen, LPC, founder of The Center for Soulful Presence. Stacey is a trauma-informed psychotherapist and neurodivergent empath coach specializing in functional integrative mental health and embodied emotional wellness for neurodivergent and highly sensitive adults.

A lot of emotional distress can come from taking in other people’s feelings, stress, and internal states. Many people move through the world carrying emotions that are not entirely their own, without having the language or framework to understand what is happening.

For empaths and highly sensitive individuals, the nervous system can be more finely tuned to the environment. Through biology, lived experience, and patterns shaped over time, some people naturally pick up on more relational and emotional information than others.

There is growing research in areas such as trauma, neuroscience, and interpersonal connection that supports the idea that our nervous systems are constantly receiving and responding to cues from the people around us. This is not about labeling or pathologizing. It is about understanding how your system works.

If you often leave interactions feeling drained, overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure what you are carrying, and find yourself asking, “Is this mine, or is this someone else’s?” this course is for you.

This is not your average course. There are very few spaces that truly account for mind, body, and spirit in an integrated way. This is a highly experiential process where you will not just learn, but practice in real time, in community.

Each month, we gather for a live experiential session where you will explore emotional regulation, boundaries, relational patterns, and nervous system support through somatic and polyvagal informed practices. You will also engage in creative and intuitive expression through art, writing, reflection, and guided exercises.

You will receive a monthly home study guide to support integration between sessions, allowing you to apply what you are learning in your everyday life in a grounded and sustainable way.

In addition, you will have access to a shared body doubling Zoom room throughout the month. This space is available for co working, connection, and building gentle accountability, as well as forming meaningful relationships with others who understand your experience.

This course is not therapy, but it is therapeutic. It is designed to complement and deepen the work you are already doing by offering real time practice, relational awareness, and ongoing support.

Stacey Cohen, LPC, is the founder of The Center for Soulful Presence, a psychotherapy and coaching practice offering online therapy for clients in Georgia and Florida. She specializes in working with neurodivergent adults, including ADHD, autism, AuDHD profiles, and late identified individuals. Her practice is affirming of empaths, Highly Sensitive Persons, LGBTQ clients, creatives, and spiritually oriented adults seeking clarity, regulation, and authentic self expression.

With over twenty years of experience, Stacey supports clients navigating anxiety, burnout, sensory overwhelm, executive functioning challenges, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship stress, and identity development. She frequently works with adult children of alcoholics, individuals in recovery, and those experiencing compassion fatigue or creative blocks. Her work bridges emotional insight with practical, everyday functioning, helping clients build focus, self trust, and sustainable rhythms.

Stacey integrates person centered and solution focused therapy with Internal Family Systems, somatic and polyvagal informed practices, mindfulness, and expressive arts. She approaches ADHD and autism through a neurotype and nervous system lens rather than a deficit based model, emphasizing strengths, regulation, and real world strategies.

All sessions are conducted via a secure telehealth platform, making therapy accessible to clients in Georgia and Florida. Appointments are available weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Stacey also offers online groups and occasional retreats for highly sensitive and neurodivergent adults seeking deeper growth and integration.
