Description
TRUST 4 Life is an 8-week online therapy group for adults who want to better understand the patterns shaping their relationships, boundaries, communication, and sense of self. This group is designed for individuals who may be navigating stress, burnout, relational strain, grief, life transitions, people-pleasing, difficulty trusting themselves, or a desire to move through life with more clarity and intention.
Each group session will introduce practical tools from TRUST 4 Life, which explores trust through Time, Respect, Understanding, Safety, and Truth, along with the Principles 4 Life: Lineage, Leadership, Love, and Legacy. Participants will be invited to reflect, discuss, and apply weekly concepts through guided exercises, group conversation, and between-session practices. The group is educational, reflective, and process-oriented, while still remaining grounded in therapeutic support.
This group is appropriate for adults 18+ who are open to self-reflection, respectful group participation, and strengthening their emotional and relational skills. A brief consultation or screening may be required before joining to ensure the group is a good clinical fit. The group is facilitated by Ronella Ellis, LMFT, an experienced marriage and family therapist with more than 15 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, families, and groups through relational stress, communication challenges, grief, burnout, and life transitions.
