True Counseling Services

True Counseling Services is a fully virtual therapy practice physically located in Fort Worth, TX that serves teens, young adults, and adults. Our practice treats both individuals and couples. At this time we do no offer family therapy services. Most of the clients who seek therapy at True Counseling Services come with a desire to become in control of their emotions and to work on improving their overall mental health and wellbeing. They want to grow but aren’t sure how, especially in the face of their anxiety, trauma, chronic illness, infertility, stress, depression, abandonment issues, mood instability or other barriers to finding a greater sense of wellbeing.
