At AllOne Therapy, your well-being is our priority.
At AllOne Therapy (formerly Perspectives Counseling & Psychotherapy Centers) we have clinicians that specialize in individuals, couples, and family therapy starting at age 10.
We address a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, substance abuse, eating disorders, LGTBQ+, women's issues, men's issues, relationship issues, phobias, OCD, ADHD and more.
We are in-network with many insurance companies such as Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Humana, Medicare, Optum and more. We will verify your benefits prior to your first appointment so you know any costs associated with your visits. We will submit to your insurance company on your behalf. We also offer self pay options. Our fees range from $40 to $150 depending on the provider and service offered.
Our mission at AllOne Therapy is simple: to make quality mental health care accessible to all. We understand the barriers that can prevent people from seeking help, such as stigma, cost, and accessibility. We provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to express yourself and seek help.
