FAQS

What services does your practice offer?

Our practice offers telehealth counseling services for individuals, couples, and families, with clinicians who specialize in systemic therapy approaches. We focus on supporting clients experiencing anxiety, symptoms related to trauma, and interpersonal or relationship challenges. Through a collaborative and relational lens, our therapists help clients explore patterns within relationships, strengthen communication, and develop healthier ways of connecting with themselves and others.

What are your practice's specialties?

Our practice specializes in systemic and relational therapy, with a strong focus on couples and family work. Our clinicians utilize evidence-based interventions including intensive couples therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and other integrative therapeutic approaches to support clients experiencing anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, and relational or interpersonal challenges. These modalities allow us to tailor treatment to each client’s needs while addressing both individual experiences and the broader relational systems that impact well-being.

Why should I choose your practice?

You should choose our practice if you are looking for thoughtful, relationally focused care that recognizes the complexity of both individual experiences and the relationships that shape them. Our clinicians are trained in evidence-based approaches and specialize in working with couples, families, and individuals navigating anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, and interpersonal challenges. We are committed to creating a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to work toward meaningful and lasting change.

How does payment work at your practice?

At Anchor Point Therapy, we are in-network with Optum, Aetna, and UnitedHealthcare for individual and group therapy sessions. We do not accept insurance for couples or family therapy due to the unique structure and clinical needs of those appointments. Couples and family sessions are offered at a flat rate of $150 per session. Individual sessions range from $90–$120 for clients who choose to pay out-of-network or whose insurance plans we do not accept.
