Practice Information

At Centered Self & Healing Co, we specialize in supporting individuals who appear to have it all together on the outside but are quietly carrying the weight of stress, burnout, and emotional overwhelm. Many of our clients are high-functioning women navigating demanding careers, complex relationships, life transitions, and the persistent pressure to keep going even when they feel exhausted. We also support teens and young adults working to understand themselves while managing ADHD, emotional regulation challenges, school stress, peer dynamics, anxiety, and depression. Our clinicians provide a compassionate space where clients can slow down, unpack what they’ve been carrying, and begin reconnecting with their sense of self, clarity, and emotional balance.

Our team is made up of thoughtful, culturally aware therapists who bring warmth, curiosity, and deep clinical training into the therapy room. We work collaboratively with clients to explore patterns, strengthen coping skills, and support meaningful change in a way that honors each person’s lived experience. What makes our group unique is our focus on the “high-functioning but overwhelmed” client—people who are capable, insightful, and resilient, yet often feel stuck, depleted, or disconnected from themselves. At Centered Self & Healing Co, therapy is not just about managing symptoms; it’s about helping you reclaim your voice, rebuild your energy, and move toward a life that feels more aligned, grounded, and authentic.

FAQS

What services does your practice offer?

We provide individual, couples and family therapy. We focus on women, teens, and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, ADHD, and life transitions. Our clinicians support high-functioning women who feel overwhelmed by relationship challenges, career stress, and the pressure to constantly perform, as well as teens and young adults struggling with emotional regulation, school difficulties, peer dynamics, and social anxiety. Through compassionate, evidence-informed therapy, we help clients better understand themselves, develop healthier coping strategies, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

Why should I choose your practice?

Clients choose Centered Self & Healing Co because we understand what it’s like to look “fine” on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck on the inside. Our practice is intentionally designed for couples, families, women, teens, and young adults who are ready for more than surface-level coping—we help clients slow down, make sense of what they’ve been carrying, and develop real tools for change. Our clinicians combine warmth, cultural awareness, and thoughtful clinical expertise to create a space where clients feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, we tailor therapy to each person’s experiences, helping them move from simply getting through life to feeling more grounded, confident, and aligned with who they truly are.

How does payment work at your practice?

We aim to make therapy accessible and straightforward. We accept several insurance plans, including Aetna, Evernorth/Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicare, and Optum. For clients who prefer not to use insurance or whose plans are out-of-network, we also offer self-pay options. Our team is happy to help verify your insurance benefits and walk you through payment options so you can focus on getting the support you need.
