Many of our clients are used to holding everything together—until it quietly becomes too much. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, or carrying more than you can explain, we help you understand what’s happening and create real, lasting change.
Eclectic-Mosaic Wellness is a trauma-informed psychotherapy practice providing culturally responsive, LGBTQIA+-affirming care for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma histories, relational strain, and major life transitions. We also support individuals managing chronic medical conditions, including HIV.
Our work is collaborative, structured, and focused on steady, meaningful progress.
We provide outpatient psychotherapy for adults and young adults, including individual and couples therapy through telehealth and hybrid care. Sessions focus on understanding patterns, improving emotional regulation, and building healthier, more stable relationships over time.
Our practice focuses on trauma and complex PTSD, anxiety and mood concerns, burnout among high-responsibility professionals, LGBTQIA+-affirming care, and support for individuals navigating chronic illness or medical trauma. We also address relational patterns, grief, and identity transitions.
Eclectic-Mosaic Wellness is a specialty psychotherapy practice designed for individuals seeking depth, structure, and cultural attunement. We integrate trauma-focused treatment with identity-informed care, understanding the psychological impact of stigma, minority stress, and chronic health conditions. Clients choose us for clinically rigorous, affirming therapy that moves beyond surface-level coping and toward meaningful, lasting change. Our work is especially helpful for people who are high-functioning on the outside but struggling internally.
We are in-network with both public and commercial plans (varies by clinician and plan). For out-of-network or private pay, our session rates range from $140–$200. Payment is collected at the time of service, and superbills are available for reimbursement.
