Ford Williams Family Therapy is a biblically aligned group practice offering relationship-focused counseling for individuals, couples, and families. We work with people who feel stuck in patterns of conflict, emotional distance, or stress and want practical support to improve their relationships and overall well-being. Common concerns we help with include marital struggles, infidelity, family conflict or estrangement, anger, life transitions, and the emotional impact of stress or trauma.
Our practice includes a licensed marriage and family therapist (Lyle Williams, LMFT) and a closely supervised associate therapist (Diamond Slone Couch, LMFT-A), which allows us to provide high-quality care at different price points while maintaining strong clinical oversight. We approach therapy from a relational and systems perspective, meaning we pay attention not only to individual symptoms but also to relationship patterns, family history, and the broader context of a person’s life. Our work is informed by well-researched therapy models that focus on emotional connection, communication, and personal growth.
We welcome clients from a wide range of backgrounds. While our practice is open about being biblically aligned, therapy is always collaborative and respectful of each client’s values, goals, and autonomy. Our aim is to create a supportive, structured space where clients can gain clarity, strengthen relationships, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.
Ford Williams Family Therapy offers individual, couples, family, and group therapy through secure telehealth sessions. We provide relationship-focused counseling for adults and families seeking support with communication, conflict, emotional disconnection, anger management, life transitions, and the effects of stress or trauma. Services are tailored to each client’s goals and may include faith-informed counseling when desired, while always maintaining professional, ethical standards.
The therapists at Ford Williams Family Therapy specialize in working with couples and families experiencing ongoing conflict, emotional disconnection, infidelity, or communication breakdowns. We also have particular experience supporting individuals dealing with anger, anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, family estrangement, and the impact of trauma or major life transitions. Our work is especially well suited for clients who want a structured, relational approach to therapy that focuses on improving emotional connection, personal responsibility, and healthier patterns in relationships.
Clients choose Ford Williams Family Therapy because we offer therapy that is intentional, focused, and designed to produce real change. Our approach helps clients move out of stuck patterns, gain practical insight into their emotions and behaviors, and apply that understanding in daily life and relationships. Whether working individually or relationally, clients are supported in making meaningful shifts—improving communication, reducing conflict, and responding more effectively under stress.
Ford Williams Family Therapy accepts both insurance and private pay, depending on the provider and service. The lead therapist (Lyle Williams, LMFT) is fully licensed and able to bill most major health insurance plans, and private payment ($175 per session) is also accepted. The associate therapist (Diamond Slone Couch, LMFT-A) offers private-pay services and provides sliding scale options based on household income and availability ($150 per session). Fees are discussed openly during the intake process, and clients are encouraged to ask questions so they can choose the option that best fits their needs and circumstances.
