FAQS

What services does your practice offer?

Guide to Wellness offers a comprehensive range of behavioral health services through secure virtual platforms. Our licensed clinicians provide individual and couples therapy, addressing a wide variety of concerns including mood disorders, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, borderline personality disorder (BPD), substance use, ADHD, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. In addition to therapy, our psychiatric nurse practitioners offer thorough evaluations and personalized medication management. All psychiatric services are delivered via telehealth, with a strong focus on collaborative, client-centered care to ensure each treatment plan is tailored to your unique needs and goals.

How does payment work at your practice?

We directly bill insurance for all plans with which we are in-network. If your insurance is out-of-network, we’re happy to provide a superbill that you can submit for potential reimbursement.

What are your practice's specialties?

We offer a diverse team of clinicians who specialize in addressing a wide range of mental health needs. Several of our providers work specifically with children, offering both talk therapy and medication management tailored to young clients. Our psychiatric nurse practitioners take the time to provide thoughtful, comprehensive care—never rushed or limited to a five-minute visit. Our medication management appointments include 30-minute follow-ups, ensuring you feel heard, supported, and actively involved in your treatment journey.

Why should I choose your practice?

We recognize that each person’s journey is unique, and we are committed to providing individualized care tailored to your specific needs. Our team of therapists and psychiatric providers work collaboratively to ensure you receive comprehensive, coordinated support. Your goals are our goals—and we consider it a privilege to be part of your team as you work toward healing and growth.
