Practice Information

Haven Mental Health Solutions is a virtual therapy practice for people who are technically functioning… but also like… at what cost. We work with women, teens, kids (7+), couples, and LGBTQ+ clients who feel overwhelmed, anxious, burnt out, or stuck in patterns they swore they wouldn’t repeat again. If your brain doesn’t turn off, you overthink everything, or you’re the “strong one” who is quietly losing patience- hi, you’re in the right place.

We help with anxiety, ADHD, trauma, depression, and relationship stress using a mix of insight-based therapy and practical tools that actually work outside of session. Our therapists are warm, real, and not afraid to gently call things out (with care, not judgment). We have clinicians who work with kids, teens, adults, and couples (including Spanish-speaking therapists) so you can find someone who actually feels like your vibe.

We’re not here to just nod while you vent and then send you back into the same patterns. We’re here to help you understand why you are the way you are (respectfully), break what isn’t working, and start feeling different in your actual day-to-day life. You don’t need a perfect explanation to start. If you’re reading this and something feels a little too relatable, that’s probably enough.

FAQS

What services does your practice offer?

We offer virtual individual therapy for women, teens, and kids (7+), along with couples counseling. We work with anxiety, ADHD, trauma, depression, relationship stress, and general “why is everything so overwhelming” energy, using a mix of deeper insight work and practical approaches like CBT, ACT, and EMDR.

What are your practice's specialties?

We specialize in working with people who are overthinking everything, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break (even though they know better). This includes anxiety, ADHD, trauma, depression, and relationship issues. We work with women, teens, kids (7+), and couples, and we’re an LGBTQ+ affirming practice—so you don’t have to explain or defend who you are to feel understood here.

Why should I choose your practice?

Clients choose our practice because therapy here feels different. We prioritize real connection, not a cold or overly clinical experience. Our therapists are warm, engaged, and focused on helping you actually feel better, not just talk in circles. We’re also a values-driven, feminist practice that believes in transparency, respect, and treating both clients and clinicians as people, not numbers. From the first interaction, we aim to make getting support feel simple, comfortable, and genuinely helpful.

How does payment work at your practice?

We’re in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Care Network, Priority Health and Aetna. We handle claim submission for you to keep things as simple as possible. Since every plan is different, we encourage clients to check their benefits so there are no surprises with cost. If you’re not using insurance, we also offer private pay options.
