We support adults facing depression, anxiety, identity concerns, and relationship struggles. Our clinicians provide affirming, evidence-based care like CBT, DBT, and IFS, with a focus on LGBTQIA2S+ clients. Services include individual, couples, and family therapy, case management, and group therapy in WA and OR (both in person and virtually).

Humanistic Therapy NW is a trauma-informed, LGBTQIA2S+ affirming group practice offering individual therapy, assessments, crisis support, and care coordination for adults, families, and couples. We provide in-person and virtual sessions across Oregon and Washington. Our clinicians use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, and Motivational Interviewing.

How does payment work at your practice?

We are in-network with most Medicaid plans in Oregon and Washington (including Oregon Health Plan (OHP) and Apple Health), Tricare, and we also accept several commercial insurance plans. For out-of-pocket clients, our fees range from $150–$300 depending on the service. We offer same-week appointments, and our team is happy to provide superbills or submit claims directly to your insurance when possible.
