Practice Information

If you find yourself overwhelmed with anxiety, grief, a struggle within relationships, a changing body, or an overactive mind, we are here to help. At Integrating the Self, our team of 6 skilled therapists welcome both individuals and couples who are seeking to create change in their lives. Many of our clients bring in emotional pain, whether the symptoms of anxiety, depression, or grief are taking a daily toll; relationships feel unbalanced and disconnected; or stress and self-criticism are impacting them negatively. We also bring a special awareness to the healing power of the mind-body connection, addressing chronic pain, chronic illness, and other serious medical conditions both newly diagnosed and in recovery. We support our clients to pull back the layers of present challenges in order to release painful past experiences and re-engage with their lives, their loved ones, and themselves in more meaningful ways.

Therapy sessions with us integrate both insight-oriented and skills-based approaches. We encourage clients to explore the root cause of their symptoms to gain new awareness into their emotional and relationship patterns. At the same time, we focus on practical strategies to cope, with an emphasis on creative and mindful means, to help clients feel better in the here and now.

We work creatively with children and adults, serving the lifespan within individual sessions, couples counseling, and group therapy.

At ITS, we recognize that finding the right therapist can be overwhelming. That's why our director is here to assist in matching you with the therapist who best aligns with your needs and goals. To make sure we're the right fit for you, we offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation.
