Our approach is warm, supportive, and focused on helping clients better understand themselves while building practical tools for healing, balance, and growth.

Whether you are looking for help with focus, coping with worry or panic, improving communication in your relationship, managing sadness or irritability, or adjusting to major life changes, we are here to help. We also support clients who experience intense emotions or ongoing relational difficulties, with care that is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and centered on creating healthier patterns. At Keep Counsel, our goal is to help you feel more understood, more connected, and more hopeful about the path ahead.

How does payment work at your practice?

At Keep Counsel, we believe quality mental health care should be accessible and within reach. We accept most major insurance plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Cigna, and Aetna. For self-pay clients, the rate is $125 per individual session and $175 for couples and family sessions. We also offer sliding scale options on a case-by-case basis, with the understanding that each person’s financial situation is different and deserving of thoughtful consideration.
