While each therapist has their own style and areas of focus, we share a common approach: therapy should feel both supportive and effective. We use evidence-based practices in a way that is warm, relational, and tailored to each client, helping you better understand your experiences while also building practical tools for meaningful change.

At Kindling Therapy Co., we believe growth happens in a space where you feel seen, understood, and safe to be honest about both the challenges and the strengths you carry. Our goal is to create that space, one that fosters reflection, resilience, and lasting change, so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and connection in your life and relationships.

FAQS

What services does your practice offer?

Kindling Therapy Co. is a group therapy practice based in Eagle, Idaho, offering individual and couples therapy for preteens (12+), teens, and adults. Our services support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions, with specialized care for pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood. What are your practice's specialties?

The therapists at Kindling Therapy Co. specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges across the lifespan. We have a particular focus on supporting preteens, teens, and adults through life transitions, as well as working with couples to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and deepen connection. Our practice also has a strong specialty in perinatal mental health, including pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, identity shifts, and the emotional and relational changes that come with parenthood.

Why should I choose your practice?

Kindling Therapy Co. offers a thoughtful balance of clinical expertise and genuine, relational care. Our clinicians are highly trained in evidence-based approaches and take an active, collaborative role in therapy - helping clients not only feel heard and understood, but also gain practical tools that create real, lasting change. We intentionally keep our practice small and connected, allowing us to thoughtfully match clients with the right therapist and provide care that feels personal rather than one-size-fits-all. With specialties in working with preteens, teens, couples, and perinatal mental health, we’re able to support clients through a wide range of life stages and transitions in a way that feels both grounded and meaningful.

How does payment work at your practice?

At Kindling Therapy Co., we are in-network with Blue Cross of Idaho for individual therapy services, and we are happy to submit claims on your behalf when applicable. Coverage and out-of-pocket costs vary by plan, so we encourage clients to verify their benefits prior to starting. Couples therapy is offered as a private-pay service, as it is typically not covered by insurance. For those not using insurance, our self-pay fees vary by provider and service, and we are happy to provide documentation (superbills) for potential out-of-network reimbursement. A card on file is required, and our team is available to help answer any questions about billing or benefits along the way.
