Practice Information

At Mental Health Matters, we’ve reimagined the therapy experience to focus on providing you with a clearer path to healing. Our Boston-based practice offers a comprehensive range of clinical services—including individual therapy, specialized trauma support, and integrated wellness coordination—designed to meet the unique challenges of modern life. We believe that quality mental healthcare should be more than just a weekly appointment; it should be a reliable resource that empowers you to navigate daily stresses with confidence while building a resilient foundation for the future.

Our clinical team is the core of our practice, and we maintain an uncompromising standard for excellence. To ensure our clients receive the highest level of care, we employ a rigorous selection process, ultimately hiring only 3% of applicants to join the MHM team. This selectivity allows us to provide you with access to exceptionally high-quality providers who bring deep expertise in treating anxiety, depression, professional burnout, and complex life transitions. When you work with an MHM clinician, you are working with a specialist who has been vetted for both clinical mastery and genuine empathy.

What makes our group unique is this commitment to quality coupled with a "Whole-Person" philosophy. While our therapists focus entirely on your clinical progress, our practice provides them with the professional stability and back-office support they need to remain fully present in every session. Whether you prefer the convenience of virtual sessions or the sanctuary of an in-office visit, we work to eliminate the barriers to high-quality care. At Mental Health Matters, our mission is to provide you with the elite-level tools and insights necessary to reclaim your peace of mind and thrive in every area of your life.
