Practice Information

Minor Inspirations LLC was founded in 2018 by Allisha Minor-Gaines, LCMFT, LMFT, as a safe space for individuals, couples, and families to explore, heal, and grow. What began as a solo practice rooted in Allisha’s deep passion for helping others has now expanded into a thriving group practice—bringing together a team of compassionate, skilled therapists who share her vision: to guide clients through life’s challenges by focusing on transformation, connection, and empowerment.

Mission: Minor Inspirations LLC is a private practice striving to inspire minor changes within people for self-improvement, mental stability, and growth within their relationships through therapy, education, seminars, and consulting services.

FAQS

What services does your practice offer?

Our team offers a wide range of therapeutic services while also expanding beyond traditional therapy to provide community-based education and empowerment. Through seminars for couples and teens, Minor Inspirations is committed to educating and inspiring those who are seeking effective personal growth. These seminars address critical issues such as relationships, mental health, oppression, and self-worth, helping attendees build the tools necessary to thrive emotionally, mentally, and relationally.

What are your practice's specialties?

Minor Inspirations now offers a diverse range of specialties for individuals, couples, and families through its team of licensed and pre-licensed clinicians. Whether working through trauma, depression, anxiety, parenting and co-parenting struggles, relationship challenges, grief, addiction, or self-worth issues, our team tailors therapeutic approaches to meet each client’s unique needs. We value trust, confidentiality, and creating a respectful, empathetic space where all voices are heard and healing can take place.

How does payment work at your practice?

At Minor Inspirations LLC, we are in-network with various insurance panels for the group practice as well through a third-party company (Headway). If you do not have health insurance, our fees range from $120-$150 depending on the service offered. We are happy to submit claims on your behalf directly to your insurance company using a Superbill or clients are able to use our third party company (Mentaya) whom we have paired with to submit insurance claims on their behalf.

Why should I choose your practice?

Minor Inspiration LLC is unique in that all our providers are Master level and licensed or pre-licensed providers. All clinicians have extensive training in areas they specialize in i.e. couples issues, relationship issues, grief/loss, anxiety, blended families, etc... We all thrive on helping clients identify their "why" in the sense of why they think, behave, react, and respond the way they do based on various factors such as past relationships, attachment style, childhood experiences, communication styles, etc..
