For many, the toughest challenge isn't recognizing that they're stuck in negative cycles — it's figuring out how to break free. If you're feeling uncertain about how to move forward, remember, you're not alone in this. I specialize in helping individuals and couples gain clarity on their past experiences, identify the underlying challenges holding them back, and chart a course toward meaningful transformation. Whether you're dealing with conflict, emotional distance, lingering uncertainty, or unresolved past issues surfacing in the present, I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can sort through the confusion and reconnect with what truly matters to you.
I believe therapy is most effective when it’s a collaborative process — grounded in your unique life experiences but expansive enough to offer fresh insights. Together, we’ll work to uncover patterns that may no longer serve you, gain new perspectives, and practice healthier ways of relating to yourself and others, both in and out of the therapy room.
My approach tends to resonate with individuals and couples who are open to self-discovery and growth, even if they’re feeling uncertain or overwhelmed. It’s rooted in thoughtful reflection and guided by actionable strategies, all while respecting what’s most important to you. If you’re ready to do the work, I’ll be by your side every step of the way — helping you rebuild trust, reconnect, and pave a new path forward.
