FAQS

What services does your practice offer?

Sage River Psychotherapy is a small group practice focused on healing relational pain. We can help you shift patterns that are keeping you stuck, build deeper connections, & rediscover the love you have for life. We support individuals, couples, and families in Sacramento and virtually across California.

What are your practice's specialties?

We have expertise in EFT (Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy) and trauma-informed approaches (such as Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Somatic Experiencing).

Why should I choose your practice?

At Sage River, we believe relationships are the foundation on which all our lives are lived. We crave connections that give us love and allow us to show love.

When you’re struggling to find a connection to yourself, your partner, your friends, colleagues, or family – your whole world can feel unbalanced.

Beginning the process with a therapist on our team can help you enjoy safe, compassionate, and authentic relationships with yourself & others
