Practice Information

Self-Care Simplified is a group practice specializing in stress management for high-performing professionals.

Many of the clients we work with are used to handling a lot. They’re capable, responsible, and used to being the one others rely on. From the outside, things are working—but internally, it can feel different. Over time, the way they’re operating starts to take more out of them than it should. They may feel more on edge, less present, and not quite like themselves, even if nothing is obviously “wrong.”

Our work focuses on helping clients understand how they’re operating—not just what they’re dealing with. Many have already tried to manage stress more effectively. What’s often missing isn’t effort, but clarity around the patterns driving that pressure and why it’s been so hard to shift.

Our team of licensed clinicians takes a thoughtful, individualized approach, adapting the work to fit each client’s needs. As a group practice, we collaborate closely to ensure each client is matched with the clinician who is the best fit.

New clients typically begin with a consultation to better understand what’s going on and determine the most appropriate path forward.

We offer virtual therapy and work with high-performing professionals across PSYPACT-participating states.

FAQS

What services does your practice offer?

We offer virtual therapy for individuals, couples, and families, with a focus on stress, anxiety, burnout, and life transitions.

Our work is designed for high-performing professionals who are used to handling a lot, but are starting to feel the cost of operating that way. Rather than focusing only on symptom management, we help clients understand the underlying patterns driving their stress and learn how to relate to them differently.

Our clinicians draw from evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and attachment-based work, adapting the process to fit each client’s needs.

As a group practice, we collaborate to ensure each client is matched with the clinician who is the best fit, creating a thoughtful and individualized experience of care.

What are your practice's specialties?

Our practice specializes in working with high-performing professionals navigating stress, anxiety, burnout, and life transitions.

Many of our clients are used to being capable and reliable, but are beginning to feel more on edge, less present, or depleted in ways that are hard to explain. We focus on helping them understand the patterns driving that experience—rather than only addressing surface-level symptoms.

We also work with grief and loss, relationship challenges, and complex personal or professional transitions.

Our approach is especially well-suited for clients who are thoughtful, motivated, and looking for a deeper understanding of what’s contributing to how they feel, so they can move forward in a way that feels more sustainable.

Why should I choose your practice?

Clients choose our practice because we offer a more thoughtful, individualized approach to understanding and managing stress.

Many have already tried to “fix” things on their own—adjusting routines, setting boundaries, or pushing through. What we offer is different. We focus on helping you understand the patterns driving your experience, so change feels more clear, sustainable, and lasting.

As a group practice, we’re also able to match you with the clinician who is the best fit for your needs, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Our team collaborates closely, ensuring care is both consistent and tailored.

Clients often tell us they feel both understood and challenged in a way that leads to meaningful, lasting change—not just short-term relief, but a more manageable and grounded way of moving through their lives.

How does payment work at your practice?

Self-Care Simplified accepts all major credit cards, including HSA and FSA cards. For self-pay and out-of-network clients, we can submit claims on your behalf directly to your insurance company.
