The Center for Growth / Therapy in Providence RI is a welcoming, creative and affirming therapy practice that provides psychotherapy and sex therapy for individuals and relationships of any structure. We provide in-person and virtual therapy and counseling sessions. Our small but mighty team of dedicated clinicians is dedicated to helping individuals and couples find meaningful connection, peace and growth in their lives.

My approach derives heavily from Narrative Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness practices when I work with my clients. I view my therapeutic practice as an ongoing collaboration with their clients.
Working together, we will explore your relevant history, examine values, set goals for treatment, and tailor any therapeutic interventions to your needs instead of using a “one-size-fits-all” approach. I knows that clients are the experts on their own lives and wants to help them work towards their goals and reach their full potential through a safe, empowering, therapeutic alliance.
I work with my clients on a number of issues such as anxiety, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, trauma, gender identity, gender dysphoria, LGBTQIA+ issues, and mindfulness to just name a few.

The Center for Growth offers individual, couples and family therapy sessions both in-person and virtually.
How does payment work at your practice?
Our fees range from $30-$200 depending on the clinician. We are not currently paneled with any insurance providers, but can provide superbills to submit for reimbursement if you have out-of-network mental health coverage.
