At our practice, we believe therapy should feel safe, collaborative, and tailored to the unique needs of each person who walks through our doors. We provide individual, couples, and family therapy services for clients navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, communication difficulties, and personal growth. Our approach is compassionate, supportive, and centered on helping clients feel heard, respected and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.
Our team is made up of Clinicians from diverse cultural, racial, and generational backgrounds, including Asian, African American, Caucasian, and Latino professionals. We recognize that culture, identity, family dynamics, and lived experiences all shape emotional wellness, and we value creating an environment where clients can feel understood and represented. Because our clinicians bring a variety of perspectives, specialties, and life experiences, we are able to connect with and support individuals from many different walks of life.
We also believe quality mental health care should be accessible and not limited by financial barriers. Our practice works collaboratively with clients to explore options that fit their financial circumstances, including sliding scale fees and other accommodations when possible. We view therapy as a partnership, meaning we do not take a one-size-fits all approach or make decisions without client input. Instead, we work together with each individual, couple, or family to create personalized treatment goals that reflect their needs, values, and vision for healing and growth.
At Thriving Mental Health Counseling PLLC we offer individual, group, family, and couples sessions.
