Professional statement

I am Martha Akinbile, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC, FNP-C). With over 13-14 years of clinical nursing experience—half of that focused specifically in mental health—I combine deep clinical knowledge with genuine compassion. I believe mental health is foundational to overall wellness, and that every person deserves care that honors their individual story, background, and goals.

My specialties include treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and other mental health challenges. I use evidence-based practices in both medication management and psychosocial support, always tailoring treatment plans to the unique needs, values, and pace of each person I work with.

In working with me, you can expect a warm, attentive, non-judgmental space where we’ll partner together to set realistic goals and move toward lasting change. Whether it’s your first time seeking care or you're looking to refine ongoing treatment, I aim to help you feel heard, understood, and genuinely supported on your journey.

Message to clients

Martha Akinbile is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner who specializes in working with patients of all ages both in outpatient and Telehealth. She is currently practicing in Texas (Houston) and virtually in Washington, Nevada, Arizona, New York, New Mexico and Wisconsin. At Castle Healthcare Services Inc. your state of mind and quality of care is our number one priority. Hence, treat our patient with utmost respect and professionalism when services are provided.

I believe that seeking help is a courageous first step toward healing and growth. My goal is to create a supportive and judgment-free space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to take charge of your mental health. I approach every session with compassion, curiosity, and respect for your individual experiences.

In our work together, I focus on building a collaborative relationship where we explore not just symptoms, but the whole person—you as a unique individual with strengths, challenges, and goals. I combine evidence-based medication management with supportive therapy to help you find balance and relief from conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and mood disorders.

Before we begin, I want you to know that healing is a process—and it’s okay to take things one step at a time. My hope is that our sessions help you feel more grounded, hopeful, and in control of your journey. Whether you’re starting treatment for the first time or continuing care, I’m here to partner with you in finding the right path forward.
