I am Martha Akinbile, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC, FNP-C). With over 13-14 years of clinical nursing experience—half of that focused specifically in mental health—I combine deep clinical knowledge with genuine compassion. I believe mental health is foundational to overall wellness, and that every person deserves care that honors their individual story, background, and goals.
My specialties include treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and other mental health challenges. I use evidence-based practices in both medication management and psychosocial support, always tailoring treatment plans to the unique needs, values, and pace of each person I work with.
In working with me, you can expect a warm, attentive, non-judgmental space where we’ll partner together to set realistic goals and move toward lasting change. Whether it’s your first time seeking care or you're looking to refine ongoing treatment, I aim to help you feel heard, understood, and genuinely supported on your journey.
