Ms. Koleosho is a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who brings extensive inpatient, outpatient, and virtual psychiatric experience to Willow Health. She received her Masters of Nursing on Public Health from Grand Canyon University and post Masters in Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner from Rocky Mountain School of Health Professions.

Ms. Koleosho sees individuals ages 18 and older with a range of mental health needs, focusing on anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, self harm, bipolar disorder, and trauma. She sees new intakes and provides follow up medication management services in our crisis and IOP programs. Services are for individuals who are located in the state of NY. Office hours are 11a ET – 7p ET Monday through Friday with after hours nursing call access.

Ms. Koleosho provides virtual intake and medication management services at Willow Health. She is committed to holistic, patient centered care and is driven to build strong relationships with patients and their families to provide them with services in order to maximize their potential for positive mental health outcomes.

With expertise in psychotropics and evidence-based practices, She possess a strong foundation in psychology and nursing. Koleosho takes a holistic approach to mental health—addressing not only her patients’ chief concerns, but also considering the physical, emotional, and social factors that influence well-being. She believes in meeting each patient where they are, listening closely, and empowering them to build resilience and cultivate a positive mindset.
