Willow Health provides short term virtual crisis care for individuals in mental health crises. Our team of psychiatrists, therapists, nurse practitioners, and certified peers create personalized care plans, offering 24/7 crisis support during your time in our program.
Our services are short term in nature, lasting between 8-12 weeks depending on your needs. This means that at the end of your time with us, we’ll make sure you’re connected to ongoing care and support to continue your recovery outside of Willow Health. Part of our services include an 8 week virtual IOP for those who need more intensive mental health care.
Getting started is simple. You can schedule an initial assessment as soon as today virtually, from the comfort of your home. Your first meeting will last about 90 minutes. You’ll talk with a therapist and a psychiatrist or psychiatric NP who will help design a treatment plan that works for you. Depending on your needs, your care may include medication management, therapy (including specialized support for thoughts of self harm) and care management. Additionally you’ll have the option to participate in recovery coaching, which includes working with a peer recovery coach, someone who has lived experience with mental health and/or substance use, and who will support you through your recovery journey.
If this is a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 or the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline at 988.
Willow Health offers a short term virtual crisis service program lasting 8-12 weeks which includes a comprehensive therapy and medication management intake followed by up to 12 weeks of weekly or biweekly therapy sessions, medication management, peer recovery coaching, and Care Management, depending on your individual needs. Willow Health also offers a fully virtual 8 week IOP program for those who are eligible. This includes weekly intensive group sessions, group recovery sessions, individual therapy, and medication management. All services are fully virtual and can be completed from the comfort of your own home.
Willow Health specializes in a variety of areas, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and trauma. We have a particular focus on mental health crises including suicidal thoughts and ideation.
Willow Health is unique in that we offer fully virtual services allowing you to complete your care from the comfort of your own home.
