Life is never without challenges. We are often left juggling chronic stress and problems in multiple areas of life. Her approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your unique needs. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, relationship issues, past trauma, or simply feeling stuck, she is here to provide a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can explore, heal, and grow.
Her specialties include depression, anxiety, family conflicts, generational healing, addictions, trauma, PTSD, life transitions, anger management, and personality disorders. She is also experienced with working with the LBGTQA+ community. Her strengths-based and culturally sensitive approach allows you to arrive at insight and develop tools that you can begin to use immediately to make positive change in your life.
Clients often describe her as calm, grounded, and genuinely curious. She believes therapy should feel like a conversation—not a diagnosis—and that healing happens through authentic, trusting relationships.
