Ms. Gomez-Hidalgo is a founding member of the clinician team at Willow Health and brings extensive experience after earning her master’s of education in counseling from Hunter College, City University of New York. As a bilingual therapist, she is trained in many therapeutic modalities including CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT and ERP.
Ms. Gomez-Hidalgo sees individuals ages 18 and older with a range of mental health needs, focusing on anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, self harm, bipolar disorder, and trauma. She sees new intakes and provides follow up psychotherapy in our virtual crisis program within the hours of 11a-7p ET.
