Message to clients

My goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their mental health concerns through a collaborative and personalized approach. Care is grounded in evidence-based practices for medication management and for the integration of therapy.

Treatment begins with a careful understanding of current symptoms and concerns, often involving both the individual and their families when appropriate. Psychoeducation is an essential part of the process, allowing you to make informed decisions about their treatment options and care.

I am committed to empowering clients by fostering trust, clarity, and confidence in the treatment journey. I look forward to working with you.

If this is a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 or the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline at 988
