Professional statement

*Please Note: I am taking clients. The site says "calendar closed" but I am taking on new clients. Please message me for times.*

I work from a place of deep connection and care, built on the idea that healing really starts when someone truly sees and gets you. You come with a whole world inside—shaped by everything you've lived through, your family, your culture, how you learned to connect, and all the ways you've figured out how to navigate life. In our sessions, I want to honor all of it, not just what brought you through the door today.

To me, therapy isn't about fixing what's "wrong." It's about creating the right conditions for you to know yourself more deeply, feel more emotionally free, and connect more authentically with others. Through building trust, creating real safety, and staying truly present with you, I offer both a supportive space and a gentle nudge when it's time: room to unfold at whatever pace feels right, plus some loving structure to help you explore new ground. I'll use psychoeducation, mindfulness practices, and deeper exploration to help you make sense of your experience, find your voice again, and tap back into the wisdom you already carry.

Whether we're meeting face-to-face or online, this space is here to hold the real you, all of you. Even through a screen, we're still two people showing up together, imperfect and curious, both capable of real growth.

Message to clients

Hi there! I'm a certified sex therapist, and I'm so glad you're here. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely safe, welcomed, and completely free from judgment,a place where you can explore your sexuality, relationships, and what's going on inside with honesty and compassion. Whether you're coming solo or with a partner, I'm here to support you in connecting more deeply with yourself and the people you care about.

I bring together my background in psychology and specialized training in sexual health, blending evidence-based approaches with warmth, empathy, and open communication. Together, we'll work through whatever you're facing, whether it's around intimacy, desire, identity, or connection, while building your emotional strength and helping you discover what a truly fulfilling intimate life looks like for you.

I really believe in getting to know the whole you. That means we'll explore your story, your history, your patterns, what's been hard, what's made you resilient, and how you show up in the world. You deserve therapy that honors all of who you are, not just what's visible on the surface.

We'll build this relationship on trust, safety, and real understanding. I'll offer gentle guidance, ask thoughtful questions, and share useful insights along the way. Most importantly, I'll meet you exactly where you are, with curiosity, respect, and genuine care.

You're not alone in this.
