I have assisted many individuals,, couples and families face a myriad of challenges over the years. Working now, through telehealth, the journey continues. I believe psychological symptoms often represent adaptive survival strategies that once served a purpose but may have outlived their full usefulness and limit client adaptability . My work focuses on helping clients understand the relational and attachment-based origins of their patterns while building present-day emotional regulation skills.
In cases involving trauma bonds and narcissistic abuse, the task is twofold:
1. Disrupt the neurobiological and attachment-based dependency cycle.
2. Restore cognitive clarity, emotional sovereignty, and self-trust.
Healing requires both insight and behavioral restructuring. I integrate psychodynamic exploration, structured cognitive work, and mindfulness-based nervous system regulation to create lasting change. The ultimate goal is not merely symptom relief, but increased differentiation, resilience, and psychological freedom.
Meetings are held on MS Teams, FB messenger or Google meet. Payment handled on Zelle or Venmo prior to scheduled meeting.
Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)
Couples counseling - Addressing relationship challenges and life transitions; strengthening communication and feelings of security, desire, connection, and love
Life transitions - Coping with difficult or impactful life changes, such as moving to a new area, relationship transitions, child rearing, or career changes; learning self-care to better manage resulting stress
Physical wellness - Improving the quality of one's life through exploring and expanding healthy and balanced eating, sleeping, and exercise routines; strengthening self-care and stress management skills
Relationship issues - Understanding one’s wants and needs in relationships; exploring patterns of interaction, addressing concerns, and strengthening satisfaction in relationships and dating
Trauma - Coping and healing after threatening or scary events, such as witnessing accidents or experiencing sexual, verbal, emotional, or physical abuse
