Specializing in stress and trauma, Andrea uses a range of distress tolerance and emotion regulation strategies to help clients process difficult experiences and regain control of their lives. She works collaboratively to understand each client’s unique needs, fostering a safe, supportive environment where healing and growth can flourish.

From there, we’ll work together to set clear short and long term goals that align with your needs and values. At the end of each session, I’ll check in with you about what you felt was most helpful, what was not helpful , and what steps you’d like to focus on in the week ahead so that our work together stays focused and impactful.
