Whether it’s your first time in therapy or you’ve been before, reaching out for support can bring up a mix of emotions - uncertainty, hope, or curiosity. My goal is to provide a warm, judgment-free space where you can slow down, be fully yourself, and feel safe to explore what’s been weighing on you. In our work together, we will get curious about the parts of you that might feel stuck, shamed, or in conflict. As we begin to understand them with compassion, you can feel more connected to yourself, your needs, and what matters most to you.
An area of focus in my practice centers on women’s mental health, including the emotional impact of reproductive and metabolic conditions, such as PCOS, with attention to the mind–body connection. Clients often describe me as easy to talk to and deeply supportive - someone who listens closely and walks with you through the difficult moments with guidance.
Together, we will tend to old wounds, rediscover your strengths, and cultivate a more compassionate relationship with yourself. My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I invite you to reach out for a free consultation, I would be happy to connect and answer any questions!
