Professional statement

Brittany is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 12 years of experience working with high-achieving teens, professional adults, couples, and their families. Many of Brittany’s clients seek couples counseling for betrayals, infidelity, or considering divorce. Brittany often sees individuals looking to tackle anxiety and stress in their professional and/or personal life, ADHD, identity, perfectionism, relationship issues, or substance abuse.

If you want a more direct style in therapy, Brittany will be a good fit. Brittany’s style is professional but relatable and dynamic. She is dedicated to creating an open and collaborative relationship with her clients to help them achieve the change they want in their lives. Brittany focuses on the concerns you wish to address while identifying and examining patterns of behavior that create joy or difficulty. Examining patterns of behavior and discussing actionable ways to intervene supports the client in achieving long-term changes outside of therapy, which in turn leads to more fulfilling relationships with oneself and others and greater joy.

As an eclectic therapist, Brittany draws on various approaches to create individualized experiences tailored to each client. Brittany has received advanced training in Discernment Counseling, Integrative Couple Counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Attachment Therapy, Gottman Method, Solution-Focused Therapy, Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE), and Strength-Based Therapy. Brittany is also designated as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor in Texas with extensive training in substance abuse. Brittany received her Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California with a concentration in mental health. She received training through her prior tenure at highly respected clinical institutions, including the University of Texas Psychiatry Department and Texas Children’s Hospital.

Brittany offers therapy in-person in Greenwood Village, CO, near Denver, and by Telehealth in Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, and Texas.

Message to clients

You’ve built a life of success—yet inside, it doesn’t always feel that way.

Whether it’s anxiety that won’t quiet down, ADHD making focus, productivity, or motivation a constant battle, perfectionism keeping you stuck, or painful crossroads in your relationships, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

I specialize in working with professionals, executives, and high-achievers who are used to carrying it all—but are ready to experience something different. Therapy is a place where you don’t have to perform, prove, or push harder. It’s a space to step back, breathe, and work through what’s really getting in the way.

You don't have to figure it all out on your own. You will find empathy, vulnerability, and honest feedback woven throughout the therapeutic process with me. Many of my clients seek a supportive space to better understand hard experiences and relationships, make big life decisions (such as divorce), explore their emotions, examine their thoughts and behavior patterns, tap into their strengths, and enhance their ability to cope. Together, we discover solutions and actionable steps to feel more joy, experience fewer sleepless nights, and positively reinvest in life.

If you’re ready to feel more grounded, clear, and connected in both your work and your personal life, I’d be honored to get started with you!

👉 Let’s take the next step together. Reach out today to schedule a consultation to see if we are a good fit.
