Professional statement

People come to therapy because something important in their lives or relationships isn’t working the way they want it to. I offer a warm, engaged, and active space where clients feel seen, supported, and understood. A central part of my practice is working with couples in high-conflict or long-term distress. I’m comfortable sitting with strong emotions and help partners slow down, communicate more clearly, and rebuild trust. I also work with individuals to explore how past experiences shape the present, reduce shame, and foster deeper connection. My approach is relational and direct, grounded in trust, emotional safety, and meaningful change

Message to clients

Many people tell me in their first session that they want a therapist who will truly engage with them—not someone who just nods. That makes complete sense. Reaching out for therapy takes courage, and most people wouldn’t do it unless something meaningful is at stake.

Because so much hurt happens in relationships, healing often begins in a safe and supportive one—including the one we create in therapy. When you talk with me, you’ll have my full attention. Together, we’ll look at how past experiences shape the present and work to reduce shame, build emotional safety, and strengthen connection.

A large part of my practice is couples therapy, including work with couples in high conflict or crisis. I know how hard it can feel to bring active struggles into the room—and I welcome it. I’m not afraid of conflict. My role is to help you slow things down, create structure, and untangle stuck patterns so that communication and trust can rebuild.

Clients describe me as warm, present, and easy to talk to. While I don’t share much about my personal life, you’ll have a clear sense of who I am: engaged, thoughtful, and honest. I offer feedback with kindness and care, because the therapeutic relationship itself is part of the healing.

Over time, many people and couples discover deeper self-understanding and stronger, more secure relationships—less burdened by shame, fear, and disconnection.
