Message to clients

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to view my profile and I applaud you for taking this big step towards your healing journey!

As a clinician, I appreciate the unique narrative that each person holds and how it has has influenced and shaped identity. Together we can work together to untangle parts of that narrative and establish a more harmonious sense of self. My goal as a therapist is to meet you where you are at. I believe that treatment is only effective when in alignment with my client's values, and I like to assert that I am not here to tell you how to live your life but rather support you in finding ways to live life on your terms.
